Useful detail for a first-pass spec and budget:
- Roof area in square feet and the panel profile — standing seam, R-panel, corrugated
- Approximate age and whether it has been coated before
- Slope, and whether there are ponding areas
- Where it is leaking now, and what has been tried
- Condition of the fasteners and any known rust-through
- Building use — warehouse, livestock, cold storage, manufacturing
- Photos of the worst details, especially curbs and transitions
You will get back a system spec, a DFT schedule by detail, coverage math for your area, and budget pricing. Submittal documentation including the Miami-Dade approval is available on request.
